Create a comfortable and functional livable studio in an attic of only 60m², integrating a mezzanine office space, while respecting insulation and ventilation standards for healthy living.
Our Solution
Maximum space optimization with creation of a mezzanine for the office, installation of Velux windows for brightness, high-performance insulation under rafters, and fitting of a complete bathroom with WC. Reinforced load-bearing structure to support the mezzanine.
